Last weekend the Two Bit Franks, a bluegrass band from the Paradise Valley area, played a show at Billing’s own Harper & Madison and I was lucky enough to get to guest bartend via the Edgar Bar so of course, I photographed the event! I’ve always loved live music it's kind of what got me into photography.
Tyler from the Edgar Bar brought in three different delicious custom cocktails to be enjoyed by guests:
The Elderflower: White Lady Gin (Montgomery Distillery), St Germain Elderflower Liqueur, fresh lemon juice, simple syrup
Orange and Black Walnut Old Fashioned: Sous Vide House infused orange bourbon, black walnut bitters, muddled sugar cube, orange, and Bordeaux cherry. Bourbon infused using a Sous Vide creating a steam bath at 115 degrees for 30 minutes with thin orange peels.
Raspberry Caiparoska : Half of a lime muddled with simple syrup topped with Stoli Raspberry Vodka. A caipiroska is a form of Caipirinha (Brazil’s national cocktail) prepared with vodka instead of Cachaca.
When you do stop into Harper & Madison for some awesome food, be sure to say hello to Pam or Max if they are around, I snagged this candid moment during the show.
